OUr Promise

If we run out of any advertised item during a sale, or should an item not arrive due to production or transportation problems, we will reorder for you at the sale price or offer you a better item at the advertised price. This does not apply to clearance and closeout sales. Some items not in stock are available for special order. We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but if a mistake does occur we reserve the right to correct it. Our policy is to match the prices on morganjewelers.com to the prices you will find in our stores. All prices are listed on this site are in U.S. dollars.

Your privacy is important to Morgan Jewelers. In order to protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining out practice of your personal information in the matter of collection and use. 

Information collected 

This notice applies to all information regarding purchase orders submitted to Morgan Jewelers website. On the pages you can order product, the information collected is: 

Name - Address - Email Address - Phone Number - Credit Card Information 

All of which, you must render for the fulfillment of the order.

The way your Information is used

We use the information submitted by you when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties, except to the extent to complete the order. We use email addresses to answer email questions we receive or to contact you concerning the order you placed. Email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We never use or share the information provided to use online in any way other than the uses above.  

Policy and Procedures for 30 day Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange or refund the item within 30 days after it was shipped. All merchandise must be in the original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. No exchange or refund will be issued on Special Ordered merchandise i.e. sized, engraved, altered and/or custom made. Refunds will not be issued on clearance or closeout merchandise.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we will credit your account. All refunds over $100.00 will be paid by check from our corporate office.

You have the choice of returning merchandise to any Morgan Jewelers location or by mail to Morgan Management Online Department.

Please return your purchase via U. S. Postal Service, be sure to insure the package for the amount paid and send Return Receipt Requested. Customer is responsible for return postage.

Order acceptance and order terms

Order Acceptance

  • Completion of the checkout process does not indicate that an order is being processed or accepted. The automatic order confirmation emails you receive immediately after completing the checkout are for informational purposes only and confirm the items you have selected.

  • We will also send additional emails to inform you when your order is being processed, shipped, or if there are any issues or delays related to your order.

Right to Refuse Orders

  • Morgan Jewelers reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at any time before the order is processed. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
    • There are issues with stock availability.
    • There are errors in pricing on the website.
    • There are discrepancies in item descriptions or other information provided on the website.
    • Legal or regulatory issues arise, such as restrictions on the sale of certain products.
    • Suspected fraudulent activity or issues with the payment method.
  • If an order is refused or canceled, the purchaser will be notified promptly via email.

Refund Process
  • If an order is not fulfilled for any of the reasons described above, the purchaser will be notified via email regarding the cancellation or refusal of the order.
  • A full refund of any payments made will be processed, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Please note that the refund process may take additional time depending on your payment provider or bank.

Repairs and Warranty Inspections

Morgan Jewelers will except any repair accompanied by original receipt and/or warranty plan. Repairs have a turn around of 3-5 weeks from date we receive merchandise. Repair charges will be determined per work and materials upon receiving of merchandise.

You have the choice of taking the merchandise to any Morgan Jewelers location or mail to Morgan Management Online Department for repair or inspection.

Ring Sizing

Manufactured rings are cast to industry standard sizes.  The "stock" size for women is 7 and for men is 10.  We typically can offer women's rings from a size 4-9 and men's from a size 8-13.  We can offer this either by sizing the stock ring or by special ordering the ring, each of which may have an additional charge from the stock size.  Most rings can be sized up or down 1 whole size for a charge of $100.00.  All sizes beyond these will require a special order and are subject to price change.  Purchasing our Peace of Mind Plan on any ring will remove any ring sizing fee's as well as give you many other benefits.

Sizing does not include any alternative metal i.e. titanium, tungsten, stainless steel or ceramic. These ring styles other than In Stock Size Option available requires a Special Order. If you order the incorrect size we can exchange once within 30 days at no charge. A second size exchange will incur a $25.00 or more restocking fee depending on the ring style.

Special Orders

Special orders consist of but are not limited to: any item not available In Stock, sized, engraved, altered and/or custom made. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Policy and Rate

Morgan Jewelers online orders take 1-2 business days to process. Delivery of your order is dependent on the item(s) you purchase. Orders must be received and credit card authorized by 2:00 p.m. MST or your order will not be processed until the next business day. Standard business days are Monday-Friday 8-5 p.m. MST.

Morgan Jewelers ships all orders via FedEx within the bordering United States. Morgan Jewelers does not ship internationally. All orders over $150 are shipped Signature Required for your protection.  Shipping charges vary depending on location and items purchased.  For any questions regarding shipping please call 800-234-0508 ext. 132.

Shipping to a Non-Billing Address

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.

Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed.  This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

Add Alternate Address with Credit Card Company

To list an alternate address with your credit card company, call the 1-800 phone number on the back of your credit card and ask the phone support to add the address to the notes on your account.  Listing the address before you place an order will help speed up the process.

Calculate Delivery

In Stock items ship within 1-2 business days after confirmation of order. Add 3 business days for ring sizing. Ring sizing applies to all sizes other than available In Stock. In Stock sizes are women’s 7 and men’s 10 unless otherwise noted in Size Options.
