RETURN POLICY
Simple 30-Day Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly exchange or refund the item within 30 days of the shipping date. Below are the key points of our return and exchange policy:
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the item’s shipment date.
- Condition of Merchandise: All merchandise must be in original condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt, including all provided documentation and or certification(s).
- Exclusions:
- Special Orders: No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for items that are special ordered (sized, engraved, altered, or custom-made).
- Clearance or Closeout Merchandise: Refunds cannot be issued for clearance or closeout items.
Refund Process:
- Once your returned merchandise is received, we will issue a credit to your account. This typically takes about 5 – 7 business days after the receipt and verification of the merchandise return. Less any charges or restocking fees or shipping charges.
Return Options:
- In-Store Returns/Exchanges: You may return items to the Morgan Jewelers location where you made your original purchase.
- Mail-In Returns: You can also return items via mail to our Morgan Management Online Department.
- To initiate a return by mail, you must first fill out this return form. *Return Authorization RA# are provided within 1 – 2 business days after request.*
- Use a trusted carrier such a U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx for mailing returns.
- Be sure to insure the package for the amount paid and request a Return Receipt for confirmation of delivery.
- Be sure the return package is trackable
Important Notes:
- Special Orders: These items cannot be returned.
- Return Authorization: To ensure a smooth return process, please call 1-800-234-0508 x 119 to receive a Return Authorization before sending any items back.
